“A Soldier’s Deck of Cards”

I have to say, this video, “A Solider’s Deck of Cards” is one of my favorite YouTube videos of all time.  I have been sharing this video for the last few years.

I remember when I first saw it.  I was stunned at how the cards could be interpreted as a Bible, Almanac and more.  It affected me deeply as a military mom.  I had several soldiers I had adopted and I couldn’t help but think of them, as well as other military personnel, far from home.

I would love to thank Justin Flom for creating this video.  Sure I can read the story on any number of sites, but he brought this story to life.  The ending gets me every time.
